Awarded for long or meritorious service.constructed out of a die-struck silver-alloy mirror like base.the top is a ball loop and ring that holds the triangler folded light whitr and red ribbon that has a top hook to the back.the case is wood  painted in a lacquered black paint,the top features gold painted kanji characters.nice medal.
