M1939 Eierhandgranate (egg grenade)

grenade is marked top and bottom all tho hard to read,looks to made in 1944.this type of grenade used the same fuse assembly as the modle 43 stick grenade which was screwed into the top of the sheet metal body.this type of grenade was of the blast type and has blue top indicating a 5 second fuse.grenade is inert.(shipping nz only)
