ww2 british civilian service gas mask

This service gas mask was not issued to the general public but to the Civilian Defence  and other offiicial bodies eg police etc.they used same filter as on standard civilian issue mask but are different desighn and produced to a higher standard.this one has faded maker marks but is in overall very good condition.
