We only deliver to New Zealand street addresses. Delivery charges are outlined during the checkout process and included in your order summary. Orders will be dispatched within one week of purchase, subject to product availability.Tracking details will be provided once the order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary based on the courier's schedule and location.
Pricing
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), exclusive of any delivery fees. Delivery charges are calculated separately during checkout.We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Upon placing an order, an invoice will be sent to the email address provided. Please ensure your contact details are accurate to avoid delays.

Shipping Policy

Returns Policy
We comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. If an item is faulty or damaged, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the law.Change of mind returns: We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, so please choose carefully. If goods are purchased for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply.
